Expeller Pressing:	Expeller pressing is the continuous process of pressing seeds against a metal press head, producing pressure from friction. The heat produced as a result of this pressure against the seeds is what forces the oil from the seed. The pressing is usually performed at around 85 °C.
Cold Pressing:	Cold Pressing is a mechanical method of drawing oil from seeds. No chemical substances are used during this process. The seeds are processed with what is known as a screw process. This popular method is widely used. This process attracts only a slight temperature rise due to the friction of the seed against the screw press. Low temperatures help to conserve the natural ingredients and properties of the oil. This is a gentle way of processing which retains the high purity level of the oil.
